  • Mid-PR capture with guardrails: Quickly distills the sub-idea into concise problem/value/acceptance/impact-effort, then requires explicit confirmation before coding.
  • Extend-mode planning: Renders a dedicated extend plan section that reuses the existing branch context and PR metadata (no Phase 1 branching).
  • End-to-end implementation lifecycle: Runs an Implement → Verify (format/lint/test with evidence) → Review (including scope-creep detection) loop, then delivers via an update to the existing PR.
  • Optional escalations by exact user opt-in: Routes to the senior-engineer boundary read, debug flow, or issue filing chain only when the user’s phrasing matches.
