SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Coordinating the Work phase of a knowledge-work plan is prone to drift, requiring disciplined execution, correct agent mindsets for each task type, and built-in validation to ensure deliverables meet goals.

Core Features & Use Cases

Phase-based execution: read the plan, create a task list, assign the appropriate agent mindsets, and execute steps in order.
Multi-role support: handles writing communications, data analysis, decisions, meetings, coaching, and task execution with targeted approaches.
Quality assurance: integrates ongoing validation against goals, stakeholder considerations, and plan deviations.

Quick Start

Follow the plan to execute the tasks using the identified agent mindsets and deliver a complete, quality-checked output.

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I execute a knowledge work plan without losing alignment?▼

Executing a knowledge work plan requires a phase-based workflow: read the plan, create tasks, assign agent mindsets, execute steps sequentially, and apply phase gates to validate alignment and ensure quality checks throughout delivery.

What is an agent mindset in task management?▼

An agent mindset is a targeted cognitive approach assigned to specific task types like writing, data analysis, or decision-making, ensuring the execution strategy aligns with the specific requirements of each work phase within the overall plan.

How do I add quality checks to a multi-role workflow?▼

Add quality checks to a multi-role workflow by integrating ongoing validation against goals and stakeholder considerations at each phase gate, catching plan deviations early to ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards before final delivery.

Do I need a complete plan before starting task execution?▼

Yes, a clear plan is required before starting task execution. The workflow reads this plan to create a task list, assign agent mindsets, and execute steps, ensuring phase gates can properly validate alignment and quality checks throughout the process.

What is the best way to manage plan deviations during execution?▼

The best way to manage plan deviations during execution is applying phase-based quality assurance, which validates ongoing work against original goals and stakeholder considerations to catch and correct drift before final delivery of the completed output.
