SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

The Working Backwards skill helps teams start product design from the customer's ideal experience and its pain points, producing a PR/FAQ as a foundational artifact that aligns the entire team before writing a single line of code. This skill does not design architecture or roadmaps, and it does not replace user research—it's a forcing function for clarity on what is built and for whom.

Core Features & Use Cases

Customer-driven discovery: identifies the target customer, their core pain, and current alternatives to frame the PR/FAQ.
Narrative production: drafts a TechCrunch-style headline and subhead, plus three-paragraph problem narrative and a clear solution section.
Internal FAQ draft: generates 8–12 internal FAQs with concrete, non-evasive answers to guide strategy and execution.

Quick Start

Provide the startup context and customer pain points to the agent and request a complete PR/FAQ draft.
