What problem does it solve?
Telemetry teams collect NDJSON events during epic execution, but turning raw logs into a concise, shareable report is time-consuming and error-prone.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Aggregate metrics: per-skill and per-phase durations with totals, averages, and percentiles (P50, P95).
- Cross-epic analysis: compare performance across epics when using the --epics option, aligned by epic id.
- Markdown reports & exports: generate a standardized report with a Gantt timeline and optional JSON/CSV exports for further analysis.
