What problem does it solve?
Refine a bug report by validating completeness of all RA9 sections and setting a definitive Refinement Verdict (approved or rejected).
Core Features & Use Cases
- Validates the presence of all 9 RA9 sections in bug.md and identifies blockers for missing content.
- Checks the quality of acceptance criteria using Gherkin-style triplets and evaluates a Reproduction Recipe, Root-Cause Hypothesis, and Regression Test Slot.
- Produces a structured Refinement Verdict with a hash, timestamp, and blockers, or emits an idempotent approved result when already approved.
