Holistic PR reviews would be time-consuming and inconsistent. This Skill performs a senior-level PR review using a 45-point rubric to produce a clear GO/NO-GO verdict, ensuring thorough analysis and standardized outcomes.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • 45-point rubric covering code hygiene, naming, functions, formatting, design, error handling, architecture, framework usage, tests, security, and TDD process.
  • Reads the full diff against the base branch, analyzes cross-file relationships, and flags cross-cutting issues.
  • Generates a Tech Lead review artifact and updates the consolidated dashboard; supports remediation tracking if needed.
  • Enforces prerequisites and frontmatter emission during Phase 5 for auditable artifacts.
  • Idempotent: reuses an existing valid report when the codebase has not changed since the last review.
