  • Global synchronization across all agents' progress directories (PM, Backend, Frontend, Tester, AI-ML, DevOps, Resonance) to surface blockers and coordination opportunities.
  • Read and summarize the latest team chats from the team-brain corpus (e.g., .team-brain/TEAM_CHAT.md) and extract relevant context for decision-making.
  • Review and synthesize all team-brain documents (status/TODAY_FOCUS.md, status/PROJECT_STATUS.md, handoffs/PENDING.md, decisions/DECISIONS.md, shared-memory, team_ben/TEAM_CHAT.md) to inform prioritization and handoffs.
  • Output a prioritized coordination plan with suggested next actions and owners.
