The skill turns a founder’s vague intent into a complete, partner-aligned YC batch application by coordinating a structured, evidence-driven workflow from blank workspace to paste-ready answers.

• End-to-end YC application workflow: bootstraps an application workspace, tracks progress by phase, and produces the final locked submission document.
• Partner-style drafting with guardrails: drafts every high-stakes field using accepted-example and anti-pattern references, then performs an embedded “grill loop” to sharpen the first-sentence message.
• Mandatory research and adversarial gating: runs 5 parallel external research slices with URL-backed evidence, then enforces an explicit Phase 6 pre-submit gate (buzzword scan, story compile, video notes, and required adversarial drill logs).
• Reapplicant delta support + post-mortem: creates a delta-doc for reapplicants, records what changed, and scaffolds a post-decision post-mortem trail.
