What does forge-skill actually do?▼

It distills your speaking style, decision patterns, and blind spots into a structured persona file, or rebuilds someone else's tone and habits from chat records. You can then run decision meetings with multiple versions of yourself or chat in that person's voice.

How does the decision meeting feature work?▼

The use-self skill spawns several variants of you, such as a cautious you and a long-term you, that independently analyze your dilemma, challenge each other's assumptions, and produce a synthesis showing trade-offs and blind spots.

Is my chat data private with forge-skill?▼

Yes. All parsing and persona generation run locally on your machine, persona files are stored in a gitignored folder, and no chat records are sent to any server.

Can I use forge-skill without coding experience?▼

Yes. After installation you simply type commands like /forge-self or /use-persona and answer guided questions in plain language.
