KS-2 act verification is performed by automatically checking the submitted document against project estimates and contracts, performing arithmetic validation, and flagging any discrepancies before approval. This reduces manual effort and potential errors in financial documentation.
Generating KS-2 and KS-3 forms is supported by creating these construction completion acts along with associated documents like cover letters and payment invoices based on integrated project progress data. It handles end-to-end workflow automation for Russian construction projects.
Construction completion act processing is automated by integrating verification against estimates, arithmetic checks, and document generation with progress tracking and contract analysis tools. This provides an end-to-end workflow that streamlines the cumbersome handling of financial and project documentation.
Contract analysis tools are integrated into the act processing workflow to verify compliance, but the Skill processes submitted acts independently by performing arithmetic validation and checking them against estimates and contracts to flag discrepancies before approval.
Related documents generated alongside KS-3 construction acts include cover letters and payment invoices. These are created based on project progress data to provide a complete set of financial and project documentation for Russian construction projects.
