Use qualitative methods like interviews and usability tests to understand motivations and pain points, and quantitative methods like surveys and analytics to measure behavior at scale. Mixed-methods designs with triangulation across data sources produce the most reliable findings.

The Skill produces frameworks, templates, and protocols but cannot recruit real participants, conduct live interviews, or collect actual behavioral data. Researchers must execute studies themselves and validate that findings reflect genuine user evidence rather than assumptions.
