SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

The BEAM selling framework provides a structured, evidence-gated path for guiding sales engagements through a six-stage lifecycle, ensuring moves are based on verifiable data and that progress persists across sessions.

Core Features & Use Cases

Six-stage BEAM pipeline: Qualify → Diagnose → Align → Propose → Commit → Deliver, with gate criteria and SPIN questions at each stage.
Evidence-gated progression: Move forward only when explicit, verifiable evidence justifies advancement.
Persistent state & Kanban: Save progress locally in a .beam directory, with a generated kanban view and session logs for audit.
Ingests b2b-research-agent outputs to shape scope, engagement strategy, and evaluation of deals.

Quick Start

To begin, say /beam-selling <Company Name> to start a new BEAM engagement and resume later with the same command.
