The Bibliotecário removes friction from starting and maintaining a Marketing Library inside an Obsidian vault by scaffolding a consistent folder structure, creating indexes and templates, detecting existing materials, and reporting fill status so teams and agents can work from a single organized source of truth.

• Scaffold project libraries: create a project folder, index file, area indexes and copy identity templates from core templates without overwriting existing user files.
• Status and validation: scan identity templates and other areas for completion status using frontmatter markers, update indexes, and present a visual report with completion icons.
• Detect and import existing material: locate user-provided reference files, advise where to place them for Maestro to ingest, and recommend next steps without performing content filling.
• Link integrity checks: verify wiki-links connect documents to area indexes and listed sources to ensure items are truly saved in the vault.
• Non-destructive operations: always preserve existing files and ask before replacing or modifying user content.
• Use case: initialize a new client vault, verify which identity templates are empty or partial, and produce a clear next-step recommendation for the Maestro to fill content.
