What problem does it solve?

Automates and guides the initial project onboarding for the Sistema Maestro plugin, removing uncertainty during environment checks, permission configuration, dependency installation, and vault scaffolding so users can start using the marketing agent suite quickly and correctly.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Automated Environment Detection: Detects Python, pandoc, document libraries, Obsidian installation, and existing global Maestro config to choose the appropriate onboarding flow.
• Project Scaffolding & Configuration: Creates project and user memory files, CLAUDE.md entries, manufacturer templates, and a marketing library scaffold inside the repo vault.
• Permissions and Integrations: Requests consent to configure project permissions, offers status line and Obsidian setup, and guides optional OpenRouter API key configuration with validation.
• Task Management & Research: Creates visual tasks, integrates with a project manager agent to create and conclude onboarding tasks, and can dispatch initial web research and reference import flows.

Quick Start

Start the guided onboarding by asking the Maestro to run the onboarding flow (for example: "run maestro-onboarding") to configure your project, check dependencies, and scaffold the marketing library.
