FAQPage Schema

What is design thinking and how does a human-centered approach work?▼

A design thinking workflow structures the process into empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing phases, providing flexible templates that adapt to various project types while maintaining an empathy-driven methodology.

How do I start a design thinking session for a new project?▼

To start a design thinking session, you initiate the workflow and provide specific project context and problem framing, which the methodology then processes through its structured empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing phases.

Can I adapt design thinking templates to different project types?▼

Yes, design thinking templates are flexible and can be adapted to various project types, allowing you to apply human-centered design principles across different contexts while maintaining a structured empathy-driven workflow.

What do I need to provide before running an empathy-driven design process?▼

Before running an empathy-driven design process, you need to provide user input for project-specific context and problem framing, ensuring the workflow has the necessary foundation to guide the subsequent phases effectively.

When should I use prototyping in the design thinking workflow?▼

Prototyping should be used in the design thinking workflow after the empathy, definition, and ideation phases, serving as the step where you build tangible representations of ideas before moving to the final testing phase.
