FAQPage Schema

How do I set up multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone?▼

Multi-channel outreach campaigns orchestrate coordinated touches across email, LinkedIn, and phone based on trigger events like job postings or RFP signals. This Skill plans and executes 30–90 day sequences with templated messaging, scheduling, and performance tracking to maximize engagement across all three channels simultaneously.

What are trigger-based campaign sequences and when should I use them?▼

Trigger-based sequences activate outreach when specific events occur: Type A campaigns respond to job posting discoveries, while Type B campaigns target RFP signals. Use them to systematically follow up on competitive-displacement opportunities or sales intelligence, automating the decision of when and how to contact prospects.

How do I execute a 90-day job posting discovery campaign?▼

Set your target company and campaign duration, then execute touches in sequence: begin with a LinkedIn profile view, follow with a connection request, and send the templated Day 7 email. The Skill manages scheduling and templates for subsequent touches across the full 90-day window.

Can I customize message templates for different channels in my campaigns?▼

Yes. This Skill provides performance templates pre-tailored to each trigger type and channel (email, LinkedIn, phone). Customize these ready-to-send templates to match your voice while maintaining the sequencing logic and timing across channels.

What performance metrics and analytics does this provide for outreach campaigns?▼

Campaign analytics track engagement across your multi-channel sequences, measuring effectiveness of each touch and channel. Use these insights to optimize which triggers warrant outreach, refine messaging, and improve follow-up timing within your 30–90 day campaigns.
