What problem does it solve?

Capturing call outcomes from raw transcripts so you can reliably turn conversations into structured, queryable notes and CRM-ready activity without manual retyping.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Transcript-to-Structured Notes: Converts meeting transcripts into agenda actual vs intended, attendees (internal vs external), pains in their words (with quotes), decisions, objections, action items, and a next step.
  • Lead Matching & Dossier Updates: Links the call to the correct lead/deal, creates a minimal lead record when needed, and updates the lead’s recent call history and status.
  • Optional External Sync: Upserts meeting/activity into your CRM via Composio when connected, and can also sync into a connected notes/docs app when configured.
  • Validation & Anti-Hallucination: Stops or asks for missing required inputs, and writes "not stated" when details are not clearly present in the transcript.

Drop a Gong or Fireflies transcript (or paste the transcript) and tell me which prospect this call was with, and whether you want me to sync the resulting notes to your CRM.
