FAQPage Schema

How do I automatically qualify leads using BANT scoring in my chatbot?▼

BANT lead qualification automatically scores prospects across Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline dimensions with a 60-point threshold. This Skill applies BANT scoring directly within Intercom and Drift chat platforms, qualifying leads without manual review so you can prioritize high-intent prospects immediately.

Can I automate demo scheduling from live chat conversations?▼

Yes. This Skill automatically books demo appointments from qualified conversations on Intercom and Drift. When leads score above 60 points on BANT criteria, the chatbot schedules the demo directly without requiring human intervention or switching tools.

How do I transfer complex chat questions to human agents?▼

Seamless human escalation routes complex or unqualified conversations to sales representatives with priority flagging. The Skill detects when chatbot responses won't resolve the issue and transfers the conversation history and context to human agents on Intercom or Drift automatically.

Does this work with Intercom and Drift chat platforms?▼

Yes. This Skill applies across both Intercom and Drift chat platforms using n8n-backed webhook workflows. It integrates conversation data from either platform, qualifies leads, schedules demos, and escalates to human agents within your existing chat infrastructure.

What dependencies do I need to run this Skill?▼

You need jq for JSON processing, curl for API calls, and redis-cli for state storage. These command-line tools enable strict parameter validation, Redis-backed qualification data persistence, and standardized JSON payload handling across the chatbot workflows.

Can I retrieve conversation history for lead context?▼

Yes. This Skill retrieves full conversation history from Intercom or Drift chats, providing human agents and demo-scheduling systems with complete context. Conversation records feed into qualification scoring and escalation workflows automatically.
