This Skill manages the full email workflow with draft-first safety so nothing external changes without your sign-off. ## Core Features & Use Cases - Drafting and Rewriting: Produce drafts with subject, recipients, body, and attachments, then humanize or adjust tone on request. - Triage and Summaries: Summarize email threads and categorize inboxes with counts for fast review. - Approved Sending via Gmail: Draft first, verify the stored draft, and send only after explicit approval and confirmed Gmail send permission. - Outreach Sequences: Build staged outreach drafts with tracking tables instead of blasting messages. - Use Case: Ask for a follow-up sequence to a contact list in a spreadsheet; the Skill inspects the list, drafts staged messages, and saves them under output/email/ for your review before anything is sent. ## Quick Start Draft a polite follow-up email to the thread with my vendor asking for an updated delivery date, but do not send it yet.

How do I draft and send a Gmail email with approval?▼

The Skill creates a draft first, shows you the recipient, subject, body, account, and attachments, then sends only after your explicit approval. It verifies the stored draft and confirms the send result rather than trusting a generic success flag.

How do I summarize or triage a long email thread?▼

Provide the thread or mailbox access and the Skill produces a summary of available context plus triage categories with counts. It only quotes or summarizes content actually present and never invents thread facts.

Does this work with Outlook and Apple Mail or only Gmail?▼

Gmail is handled through the Composio Google Workspace integration when attached. Outlook, Apple Mail, and other connectors are used only when the runtime actually exposes them; otherwise pasted or visible content is used as a fallback.

Why does Gmail sending fail with a permission error?▼

Sending requires upgraded Gmail send permission on the OpenClicky connection. When Composio reports missing send permission, reconnect the Gmail integration under Settings -> Integrations; the Skill will not run OAuth itself or pretend the message was sent.

Can it send outreach sequences to a contact list automatically?▼

It inspects CSV, XLSX, or Sheets contact lists first, then produces staged drafts and a tracking table saved under output/email/. Messages are never blasted; each send requires explicit approval of the exact draft, recipient, and account.
