What problem does it solve?
It helps you produce clearer, better-calibrated internal and team communications—especially the kind that are hard to write—by generating deployable drafts and giving sparring critique using people-and-org and comms frameworks.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Draft mode: Structure a message for a specific audience (1:1 prep, feedback, Slack/email, decision docs, postmortems, reorg/layoff/exits) and include the reasoning behind wording and framing.
- Critique mode: Evaluate an existing draft across outcome clarity, audience fit, tone/relationship dynamics, specificity, identity-layer risks, and actionability, then suggest concrete revisions.
- Guided routing: Automatically chooses draft vs critique based on whether you’re starting from scratch or providing a draft.
- Framework-driven calibration: Applies relevant models (e.g., SBI, Radical Candor, Crucial Conversations STATE, Stone identity lens, Hogan BICEPS, blameless postmortems) while pulling authoritative guidance from people-and-org.
