What problem does it solve?

It synthesises cross-stakeholder intelligence from newly added meeting transcripts into a single, corroborated project briefing so an AI-native PM can quickly re-enter the decision thread with fewer blind spots.

• Cross-stakeholder synthesis output: Produces an overwriteable cross-synthesis.md with urgency flags, themes, influence map, and falsifiable hypotheses.
• Delta-aware processing: Re-reads only new meeting synthesis files when a prior cross-synthesis baseline exists, carrying forward what’s already been analysed.
• Per-person standing brief maintenance: Updates each involved person’s Standing Brief and interaction history to keep the next session grounded in what’s consistent and what’s changed.

Quick Start

Run the ctx-synthesise skill after adding new transcript synthesis files so it generates projects/[slug]/intelligence/cross-synthesis.md and refreshes the per-person Standing Briefs.
