What problem does it solve?
It translates completed customer framing (顧客輪廓 and 產品或服務) into a finished Traditional Chinese customer journey map (CJM) or touchpoint-based journey table, ready for proposals, workshops, or handoffs.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Outputs a single core CJM table in a transposed Markdown format with five stages by default: 認知, 考慮/研究, 決策/購買, 使用, 關係建立
- Supports emotion scores and sparkline when requested
- Accepts either a complete 顧客輪廓 and 產品或服務 or a handoff_to_customer_journey_mapper block, and will respect explicit overrides
Quick Start
Input a completed 顧客輪廓 and 產品或服務 (or a handoff_to_customer_journey_mapper block) and request the finished CJM.
