This Skill creates a short, low-pressure mid-day space to surface what’s on your mind and turn it into honest clarity without slipping into a full productivity re-plan.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Log-aware mid-day snapshot: Reads your target day entry, week context, and recent day signals to support a quick “where things stand” recap.
  • Conversation-first reflection: Encourages you to share a mood, friction, win, distraction, or decision, and keeps the interaction sounding-board style rather than coaching.
  • Light afternoon reset: Optionally closes with a small focus request (1–3 items) when the conversation naturally winds down, and writes only the agreed focus back to your log.
