What problem does it solve?

Produces a concise, dated, and cited deal review brief for a named customer account by aggregating the latest Gong transcripts, Salesforce opportunity data, and Slack dealroom context so sellers can prepare for calls and reviews without manual research.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Confirm the exact account name and any known aliases with the user to ensure correct Salesforce records are targeted.
  • Run parallel searches across Gong, Salescloud, and Slack via the user-Glean endpoint, vet results for relevance and recency, and deduplicate by opportunity ID and call URL.
  • Deepen sources by reading full Gong transcripts for requirements and objections, parsing Salesforce opportunity JSON for stage/value/contacts, and extracting substantive Slack dealroom threads; always include source links and dates and flag freshness.
  • Use Case: Ask for a "deal review for [AccountName]" to receive an Account Snapshot, Open Opportunities, Key Contacts, Confirmed Demo Requirements, Supporting Context, Strategic Context from dealroom, and Key Watch-outs with cited sources.
