What problem does it solve?

It resolves weak offer performance by clarifying which delivery mechanism best matches the promised outcome, the customer’s effort tolerance, and the speed/value requirements.

  • Tradeoff-driven reasoning: Explains why the chosen model fits, including where it may fall short.
  • Hybrid and upgrade path design: Proposes 2–4 hybrid delivery options and an offer ladder (DIY → DWY → DFY) to improve conversion and match budget tiers.
  • Common use cases: Use it when the offer exists but feels underpowered, delivery format is unclear, results require more effort than the customer will give, or scaling vs customization is a major tension.

Quick Start
