What problem does it solve?
This skill computes benchmarked email performance metrics from campaign data to produce stakeholder-ready reports for quick decision-making.
Core Features & Use Cases
- 9 metrics per campaign: open rate, CTOR, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, complaint rate, bounce rate, ROI, and a per-campaign summary.
- Benchmarks-driven insights: compares against universal and vertical benchmarks to identify health with traffic-light indicators.
- Automated reporting: generates a Markdown 4-pillar report (concise, visual, engaging, show growth) and an optional JSON payload for programmatic consumption.
Quick Start
Provide the email campaign data CSV to the analyzer and run the script to generate a report.
