Core Features & Use Cases

Quadrant-based synthesis: Capture what users say, think, do, and feel to surface hidden motivations and blockers.
Goal and pain point tracking: Identify user goals and pain points to inform opportunities and design priorities.
Collaborative artifact: Create a shared, reusable map from interviews, notes, transcripts, or survey data for rapid team alignment.
Visual-ready output: Produce a structured artifact that can be exported into presentations or documentation.

Quick Start

Provide transcripts or notes for a user type, and I will generate a four-quadrant empathy map.
