SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Track and orchestrate multi-phase Airtable engagements across sessions. Acts as a phase checklist (tracks where you are, what's next, which skills to invoke) and a context broker (passes accumulated project context forward so skills don't start cold).

Core Features & Use Cases

Phase checklist: tracks Align, Design, Build, Deploy, and Adopt phases with entry criteria, gates, and outputs.
Context propagation: passes accumulated decisions, schema context, and deliverable references forward so subsequent skills start warm.
Status visibility: provides a clear view of current phase, next steps, and outputs for clients and teams.

Quick Start

Kick off a new engagement or resume an existing one by asking the orchestrator for the current phase and context.

FAQPage Schema

How do I track multi-phase Airtable engagement progress across sessions?▼

To track Airtable engagement progress across sessions, use an orchestration tool that updates a project's engagement block to enforce phase triggers, track progress, and pass context forward, preventing cold starts.

What is context propagation in Airtable project management?▼

Context propagation in Airtable project management is passing accumulated decisions, schema context, and deliverable references forward to subsequent phases, ensuring downstream skills start warm without needing to reload previous session data.

How do I manage entry criteria and gates for Airtable deployment phases?▼

Manage Airtable deployment phases by enforcing a checklist that tracks Align, Design, Build, Deploy, and Adopt phases, validating mandatory entry criteria and gates before updating the project's phase progress.

Can I use an orchestrator to prevent cold starts in customer engagement workflows?▼

Yes, you can prevent cold starts in customer engagement workflows by using an orchestrator that acts as a context broker, reading and updating the engagement block to pass accumulated project context forward across sessions.

What types of Airtable engagements can be coordinated end-to-end?▼

Airtable engagements that can be coordinated end-to-end include customer engagements, learning builds, and base reviews, with the orchestrator managing phase checklists and propagating context for each type.

Are there limitations to orchestrating Airtable engagements without dedicated dependencies?▼

Orchestrating Airtable engagements requires the orchestrator to read and update a project engagement block; without this block to enforce mandatory triggers and store context, cross-session phase tracking and context propagation cannot function.
