High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I integrate Braze with location SDKs to trigger geofencing campaigns?▼

To integrate Braze with location SDKs for geofencing campaigns, wire partner SDKs like Radar or Bluedot to Braze using standardized initialization order, synchronize user identities, and map location events to Braze custom events for action-based delivery.

What location partners does Braze support for real-time proximity events?▼

Braze location integration supports Radar, Bluedot, Loplat, Infillion, Foursquare Pilgrim, Flybuy, and AccuWeather for generating real-time proximity events and weather-contextual messaging.

Can I use Braze connected content for weather-contextual personalization with AccuWeather?▼

Yes, you can use Braze AccuWeather Connected Content to enrich user profiles and deliver weather-contextual messaging by mapping weather data attributes into Braze for targeted campaigns.

How do I map location entry and exit events to Braze custom events?▼

Location entry and exit events are mapped to Braze custom events by configuring the partner SDK to forward events directly to Braze, applying attribute enrichment, and setting up action-based delivery for trigger-based campaigns.

What is the correct initialization order for Braze location SDK integrations?▼

The correct initialization order requires setting up Braze and the location partner SDK sequentially to ensure robust error handling and accurate user identity synchronization before mapping location events to campaigns.

Why are my Braze geofence campaigns not triggering from partner SDK events?▼

Geofence campaigns fail to trigger when user identity synchronization is misconfigured, initialization order is incorrect, or location-to-Braze custom event mapping lacks proper attribute enrichment and error handling.
