FAQPage Schema

How do I automate follow-up on unconverted estimates for local services?▼

Estimate tracking automation generates follow-up scripts for local services by applying configured thresholds and priority escalation rules to pending estimates, ensuring unconverted leads are recovered.

What is estimate tracking and how does it prioritize pending sales pipeline leads?▼

Estimate tracking monitors pending sales pipeline leads and prioritizes them based on age. It uses a JSON schema for estimate data and custom logic to escalate follow-ups according to configured business rules.

Do I need a config.json file to track estimates and recover lost revenue?▼

Yes, estimate tracking requires a config.json file containing your business details. This configuration drives the custom follow-up logic, priority escalation workflow, and threshold rules needed to recover lost revenue.

Can I monitor the progress of estimates through the sales pipeline automatically?▼

Yes, pipeline analytics monitor the progress of estimates through the sales pipeline automatically. The tracker analyzes JSON estimate data against your configured thresholds to identify and prioritize unconverted leads.

What's the best way to generate follow-up scripts tailored to customer needs?▼

Follow-up automation generates tailored scripts by evaluating estimate age and configured business thresholds. The priority escalation workflow determines the urgency and shapes the follow-up message for each specific lead.

Are there limitations to using priority escalation workflows for revenue recovery?▼

The priority escalation workflow relies entirely on the accuracy of your config.json thresholds and JSON estimate data. If business details or tracking rules are misconfigured, the follow-up automation may misprioritize unconverted leads.
