What problem does it solve?

End-of-day outreach replies are scattered across email and social channels and frequently go untracked, causing missed opportunities and stale cadences; Evening Scan consolidates replies, updates lead statuses, and halts sequences automatically so teams can act on real interest.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Multi-channel reply aggregation: Scans Zoho webmail, LinkedIn messaging, and Instagram DMs via Chrome DevTools MCP to find replies and connection accepts.
  • Intent classification & CRM updates: Classifies replies into eight actionable categories, matches them to CRM leads, updates statuses, pauses cadences, and optionally schedules demos.
  • EOD reporting: Compiles a concise end-of-day report and delivers it via Telegram to summarize responses, demos booked, and action items for the next day.
  • Use case: Run at 6 PM to automatically capture all outreach replies, pause outreach to respondents, and notify the sales lead with a summarized daily report.
