Freedom-to-operate triage helps you spot potentially blocking patents in the early stages of evaluating whether a product, process, or feature could face patent infringement risk, without pretending to produce a final legal opinion.

- Structured patent risk first-look: Runs an intake to capture product details, technical essence, jurisdictions, known patents, and timing.
- Preliminary patent search (when available): Uses connected patent databases (e.g., Solve Intelligence) to surface candidate patents or explicitly labels when no database search was run.
- Claim-chart first pass: Builds element-by-element claim charts for the most plausible utility patents to highlight likely gaps and where attorney claim construction matters.
- FTO-grade outputs: Produces open questions a real FTO study would resolve, a willfulness note, and recommended next steps (including escalation to registered patent counsel).
