What problem does it solve?
This Skill computes and ranks the gaps between the desired and current states across hypothesis sections (Problem, Segment, Unit Economics, Value Proposition) and each proposal (Growth Architecture, Solution Design, GTM Plan). It then produces a scored, ranked gap ledger to drive prioritization decisions and guide where to focus analyst, designer, and governor efforts.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Compute distances between desired state and current state for each register section and proposal.
- Produce scored gap records with a Final Priority and an assigned dimension to support prioritization.
- Generate a top-3 active gap set and actionable recommendations with explicit evidence targets and governance notes.
