What problem does it solve?

It transforms locked specify outputs into complete, developer-implementable experience design with explicit structure, coverage, and interaction specs.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Persona synthesis mapped to capabilities: Generates JTBD personas aligned to primary MVP use cases and the selected scope capabilities.
  • State-complete screen inventory: Produces a screen set where each capability maps to at least one screen and every screen enumerates a minimum viable set of states.
  • Flows, recovery, and structured wireframes: Maps success and recovery scenarios into user flows and generates low-fidelity, structural wireframes plus machine-parseable layout specifications.
  • Design System + consolidated design spec: Authors a product-level design system artifact (tokens + inspirations) and compiles everything into a consolidated design-spec for implementation.

Quick Start

Run the design stage after specify by invoking the play as garura:design on your locked product artifacts to generate personas.md, screens, flows, design-system.md, and design-spec.md.
