SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Quantify and optimize growth by defining and tracking core metrics.

Core Features & Use Cases

AARRR pirate metrics framework: apply funnel analysis to identify bottlenecks.
North Star metric selection: choose a guiding metric that aligns with business value.
A/B testing and sample size planning: design experiments with statistical rigor.
Cohort retention analysis with SQL templates: diagnose retention issues across cohorts.
Use Case: When setting up analytics, designing experiments, or diagnosing growth bottlenecks.

Quick Start

Analyze your current analytics setup and generate a North Star metric, an AARRR funnel, and a retention cohort template for the last 30 days.

Frequently Asked Questions about growth-analytics

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I define a North Star metric to guide product growth?▼

A North Star metric guides product growth by aligning a single core metric with overall business value and customer value delivery. This Skill helps define and track this guiding metric to quantify and optimize growth across SaaS and consumer apps.

How do I perform an AARRR funnel analysis to identify growth bottlenecks?▼

To perform AARRR funnel analysis, apply the pirate metrics framework to map the user journey from acquisition to referral. This Skill provides practical guidelines to diagnose growth bottlenecks and identify drop-off points across each funnel stage.

Can I generate SQL templates for cohort retention analysis?▼

Yes, you can generate SQL templates for cohort retention analysis to diagnose retention issues across different user cohorts. This Skill provides metric definitions and SQL templates to quantify and optimize retention over the last 30 days.

What is the best way to plan A/B testing sample sizes with statistical rigor?▼

The best way to plan A/B testing sample sizes is by designing experiments with strict statistical rigor to ensure valid results. This Skill provides A/B testing guidance and sample size planning to prioritize growth experiments effectively.

Does this growth analytics approach work for both SaaS and consumer apps?▼

Yes, this growth analytics approach supports product analytics and growth diagnostics across both SaaS and consumer apps. It enables North Star metric selection, AARRR funnel analysis, and retention cohort reporting for diverse product contexts.
