What problem does it solve?

It solves underperforming business cash flow by diagnosing and redesigning the offer sequence so you recover CAC within 30 days and improve LTGP:CAC.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Money model diagnostics: Evaluate unit economics, 30-day CAC recovery, and LTGP:CAC to identify where profit leaks and which offer stage is underbuilt.
  • Sequential offer engineering (5–10 offers): Build connected attraction, upsell, downsell, and continuity offers designed to increase conversions and profit per customer rather than relying on a single transaction.
  • Offer strategy for all stages: Produce detailed strategies for upsells/downsells (including payment plan downsells and trial-with-penalty constructs) and continuity offers to reduce churn and stabilize recurring revenue.

Use case example: A subscription business is running ads but CAC recovery takes longer than 30 days; use this Skill to map the full offer sequence, pinpoint the weakest stage, then generate an improved attraction-to-continuity system with specific CAC-recovery benchmarks.

Quick Start

Ask the Skill: “Run a full money model diagnostic and give me an updated offer sequence to recover my CAC in 30 days (CAC, average ticket, conversion rate, churn, billing cycle).”
