Core Features & Use Cases

12-section memo assembly: maps each memo section to the corresponding artifact (deck, notes, traction, market map, team, etc.).
Citation enforcement: runs a pass to attach sources to all factual claims and outputs a citations appendix.
IC Decision Log maintenance: captures committee decisions, open questions, and follow-ups after the meeting.
Prerequisite completeness check: validates required inputs exist before drafting begins.

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I assemble an investment committee memo from scattered deal room artifacts?▼

To assemble an investment committee memo, map existing deal room artifacts like deck summaries, call notes, and traction worksheets to a 12-section memo structure. This consolidation process pulls diligence outputs together to generate a complete draft.

What is citation enforcement in an IC memo and why is it needed?▼

Citation enforcement in an IC memo attaches source artifacts to all factual claims, generating an auditable citations appendix. This ensures every statement in the memo traces back to the original deal room diligence material.

How do I check if my diligence inputs are complete before drafting an IC memo?▼

Run a prerequisite completeness check to validate required deal room artifacts exist before drafting begins. This ensures deck summaries, market maps, team data, and red flags are present to support memo generation.

Can I capture investment committee decisions and open questions after a meeting?▼

Yes, you can capture investment committee decisions, open questions, and follow-ups by maintaining an IC Decision Log. This records committee outcomes after the meeting to ensure auditable decision-log retention.

What is the best way to generate a pre-read pack for an investment committee?▼

The best way to generate a pre-read pack is to trigger an assembly workflow after passing completeness checks. This consolidates mapped diligence artifacts, enforced citations, and memo sections into a distributable format.

Does IC memo assembly work without structured diligence notes and market maps?▼

IC memo assembly requires structured diligence notes, market maps, and team data to function properly. The prerequisite completeness check will halt drafting if these required deal room artifacts are missing.
