What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps insurance practitioners practice real customer conversations for insurance sales, objections handling, and clause explanations, while generating realistic client reactions that affect whether the conversation continues.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Scenario-based roleplay: Run multi-round dialogue training across common insurance sales stages (e.g., onboarding, needs discovery, proposal explanation, objections, compliance).
• Realistic client behavior simulation: The client responds briefly in natural spoken Chinese, with behavior driven by a hidden emotional state model (trust, openness, anxiety, understanding, purchase intent).
• Structured evaluation and improvement: Use /评估 for stage-by-stage feedback and /结束 for a full training report with scores and targeted coaching.
• Micro-training for specific skills: Use /训练 [技能点] for 5–8 rounds focused practice on one skill point (e.g., ice-breaking, objection response, compliance red lines).
• Compliance-focused guardrails: Flags severe compliance risks (e.g., misleading “guaranteed payout” promises, hiding exclusions/waiting period, inducement) and supports accurate insurance knowledge for evaluation.

Quick Start

Start a roleplay session by sending: /陪练 A1, then reply as the insurance practitioner until the client ends the chat or you request an evaluation.
