What problem does it solve?
Manually checking dozens of company career pages is time‑consuming and easy to miss opportunities. This skill automates the discovery of new job postings from a curated list of target companies, keeping Mason's job‑search pipeline up‑to‑date.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Reads Mason’s
profile/target-companies.mdandprofile/preferences.mdto know where and what to scan. - Supports manual, RSS, HTML scrape, and hosted‑scraper fetch modes (currently manual).
- Deduplicates against existing
data/sourced-jobs.jsonlanddata/applications.json. - Classifies roles into Mason’s lanes and filters based on preferences.
- Appends new role entries to the queue and produces a concise daily markdown digest.
