FAQPage Schema

How do I plan a product launch for a new SaaS feature?▼

A SaaS feature launch requires a structured five-phase approach: Internal, Alpha, Beta, Early Access, and Full Launch. This framework guides you through defining launch channels, planning pre-launch activities, executing launch day, and maintaining post-launch momentum.

What is the ORB framework for go-to-market channel selection?▼

The ORB framework categorizes go-to-market channels into Owned, Rented, and Borrowed. Selecting across these three channel types ensures a product launch balances controlled messaging with external audience reach for maximum impact.

How do I optimize a Product Hunt launch for my product announcement?▼

Optimizing a Product Hunt launch involves detailed pre-launch preparation and precise execution tactics on launch day. The strategy covers scheduling, community engagement, and crafting announcement content tailored specifically for the platform.

What's the best way to maintain post-launch momentum after a feature announcement?▼

Maintaining post-launch momentum requires ongoing engagement strategies that sustain growth after the initial feature announcement. This involves phased rollout follow-ups and continuous interaction across your selected Owned, Rented, and Borrowed channels.

Do I need to understand marketing principles to use a phased rollout strategy?▼

Yes, executing a phased rollout strategy requires an understanding of marketing principles and product development lifecycles. This foundational knowledge is necessary to effectively map pre-launch activities and channel selection to each release phase.

Why does my feature announcement fail to generate sustained user engagement?▼

Feature announcements often fail when they lack a structured post-launch engagement plan. Without sustained momentum tactics across Owned, Rented, and Borrowed channels after the initial launch day, user interest drops off rapidly.
