SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

It solves the problem of leaking money from warm audiences by providing a structured retargeting roadmap that consistently moves opt-ins and booked leads toward enrollment.

Core Features & Use Cases

Funnel-staged retargeting (TOF/MOF/BOF): Defines different messaging goals for awareness, consideration, and decision audiences.
Metrics Multiplier math: Reverse-engineers required views, opt-ins, bookings, and ad budget from a revenue goal and close rates.
Timed rotation sequences: Supplies a 7–14 day MOF bow-tie sequence and a 15–30 day BOF rotation plan with specific content themes and CTAs.
Context-aware output: Reads session context files and saves the finished roadmap to /tmp/launchmap-session/09-retargeting.md.

Quick Start

Run the launchmap-retargeting skill so it reads your existing session context files and generates your retargeting roadmap in /tmp/launchmap-session/09-retargeting.md.

FAQPage Schema

How do I build a retargeting funnel that converts warm leads into buyers?▼

Build a retargeting funnel by sequencing TOF, MOF, and BOF messaging stages to move warm leads toward enrollment. This approach defines specific content themes and CTAs across a 7-30 day rotation plan to consistently convert opt-ins and booked leads.

How do I calculate required ad budget and views from a revenue goal?▼

Calculate required ad budget and views by applying Metrics Multiplier math to reverse-engineer targets from your revenue goal and close rates. This computation derives the necessary opt-ins, bookings, and ad spend needed to hit your specific revenue objectives.

What's the best way to structure retargeting sequences for webinar attendees who didn't buy?▼

Structure retargeting sequences using a 7-14 day MOF bow-tie sequence followed by a 15-30 day BOF rotation plan. This framework provides specific content themes and CTAs tailored for warm audiences who attended but did not close.

Why am I losing money from warm audiences after they opt in?▼

You lose money from warm audiences when there is no structured retargeting roadmap to move opt-ins and booked leads toward enrollment. Implementing a full-funnel TOF, MOF, and BOF sequence prevents this revenue leak by ensuring consistent follow-up messaging.

Does this retargeting system require prior session context to work?▼

Yes, this retargeting system requires reading prior session context from the /tmp/launchmap-session directory to function properly. It uses this existing data to compute your Metrics Multiplier targets and saves the final plan to /tmp/launchmap-session/09-retargeting.md.
