SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you turn vague task writeups into constructive review feedback by checking whether they explain the background, describe the work clearly, define testable completion criteria, and set scope boundaries.

Core Features & Use Cases

Reviews one or two task descriptions and identifies strong points before giving improvement suggestions.
Checks four quality dimensions: background, content specificity, done criteria, and constraints.
Supports peer-learning exercises where feedback is recorded in ProjSight as an open question and later closed when resolved.

Quick Start

Ask the AI to review a task description and produce feedback that first praises what is good, then points out weaknesses in background, specificity, completion criteria, and scope, and finally suggests a concrete rewrite.

How do I write constructive peer review feedback for vague task descriptions?▼

To write constructive peer review feedback, first praise what is good, then identify weaknesses in background, specificity, completion criteria, and scope, and finally suggest a concrete rewrite for the task description.

What is task review feedback and what quality dimensions should it check?▼

Task review feedback evaluates peer task descriptions by checking four quality dimensions: background, content specificity, testable completion criteria, and scope constraints to ensure clear work boundaries.

Can I use peer-learning exercises to review multiple task descriptions at once?▼
