Converts AI literacy assessment results and observed repository gaps into a clear, prioritized roadmap of concrete actions and plugin commands so teams know exactly what to do next and can execute improvements interactively.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Gap-to-action mapping: Reads the improvement mapping reference and translates assessment gaps into specific plugin commands or skills to close them.
  • Repository scanning & verification: Checks repository evidence (HARNESS.md, CLAUDE.md, CI workflows, REFLECTION_LOG.md, specs, observability snapshots) to filter out already-closed items.
  • Interactive execution and recording: Presents improvements one-by-one with accept/skip/defer options, executes chosen commands or skills, and appends a recorded Improvement Plan to the daily assessment or a standalone improvements document.

Quick Start
