What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps you turn messy case intake notes into a structured IRAC case-analysis memo draft, while explicitly listing what must be researched instead of guessing legal rules.
Core Features & Use Cases
- IRAC-structured memo generator: Builds Issue/Rule/Application/Conclusion blocks per legal question, leaving application and conclusion for the student to complete.
- Research-gap labeling: Marks rule content as “待检索” (to be researched) and flags anything that may be an unverified framework “待核实”.
- Pedagogy-mode aware guidance: Reads instructor guidance to adjust what the student should fill versus what the assistant may provide (assist/guide/teach posture).
- Factor checklist for analysis: Separately extracts 有利因素 (favorable facts), 不利因素 (unfavorable facts), and 待解决问题 (fact/legal/strategy gaps), then aggregates the overall research checklist.
Quick Start
Ask the assistant to run /legal-clinic:memo after you provide the intake summary and case notes, and it will output an IRAC memo template with research gaps for each question.
