SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This skill guides product teams through structured discovery by turning stakeholder requests into outcomes, opportunities, and testable solutions, ensuring you frame the right problem before building.

Core Features & Use Cases

OST generation from outcomes, opportunities, solutions
Phase-based flow: Phase 1 (OST) and Phase 2 (POC) with evaluation scoring
Generates a problem-focused opportunity map with evidence and experiments
POC selection based on feasibility, impact, market fit
Outputs a ready-to-implement OST + POC plan

Quick Start

Describe the stakeholder request and context to begin creating an OST and selecting a POC.
