Writes to the person records in entities.json (canonical ownership) and regenerates _hq/views/PEOPLE.md. DOES NOT fire on 'prep me for my 2pm' (that's call-prep, which reads people-crm records) or 'team status / my direct reports' (that's team-intelligence, which extends people-crm for direct reports).
