What problem does it solve?
Many early-stage edtech founders run pilots that produce anecdote and usage metrics but not the credible evidence buyers, funders, or researchers require; this Skill translates founder goals and institutional constraints into a structured pilot that yields actionable outcomes and publishable-quality results.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Contextual intake and posture detection: Asks targeted, one-at-a-time questions to determine institution type, pilot goals, current evidence tier, resources, timeline, and AI centrality.
- End-to-end pilot plan: Produces a week-by-week timeline, participant selection criteria, data collection plan, comparison approach, success metrics, and risk mitigations tailored to 4–16 week pilots.
- Operational artifacts: Generates a customized MOU template and IRB guidance and, when relevant, AI-specific pilot metrics (accuracy, hallucination rate, trust calibration).
- Use Case: Founders running a mid-semester university pilot can get a full protocol, IRB checklist, and MOU ready to share with institutional partners within one session.
Quick Start
Design a focused 8–12 week pilot that measures your single primary learning outcome, includes a matched comparison approach, and provides an MOU and IRB checklist for your institution.
