FAQPage Schema

How do I automate the entire PM planning cycle from raw feedback to a PRD?▼

You can automate the end-to-end PM planning cycle by running a single command, which orchestrates phases from feedback to PRD while preserving typed state. It handles interdependent stages like personas, challenges, objectives, strategy, and roadmap generation automatically.

How does state management work across different product planning phases?▼

State management across product planning phases works by preserving typed state throughout the execution pipeline. This ensures context propagation and artifact persistence across interdependent stages, maintaining deterministic execution from initial feedback through to the final PRD.

Can I gate or adjust scope during the product strategy and roadmap generation process?▼

Yes, you can adjust scope during the product strategy and roadmap generation process using optional gating. This feature allows you to control inline execution at specific phases, pausing or modifying the pipeline to meet your strategic requirements before proceeding.

What is the best way to execute interdependent product management tasks like personas and objectives?▼

The best way to execute interdependent product management tasks like personas and objectives is through deterministic pipeline orchestration. This approach enforces inline execution of each phase, ensuring artifacts are saved and context is propagated sequentially to the PRD.

Do I need any dependencies to run the full nanopm planning pipeline?▼

No dependencies are required to run the full nanopm planning pipeline. The automation operates independently to orchestrate the complete cycle from feedback to PRD, managing state and artifacts without relying on external components or frameworks.
