This Skill helps founders prepare board and investor communications without starting from scratch or inventing metrics, by drafting materials grounded in their real goals, decisions, and tracked data.

- Board pack assembly: Generates an 8-section quarterly board pack (TL;DR, business update, metrics, goals, wins, challenges, asks, appendix) with explicit TBD flags instead of fabricating numbers.
- Investor update drafting: Produces a monthly or quarterly CEO-voice narrative (~600-900 words) that sounds like the founder and stays anchored to actual movement in goals, decisions, and metrics.
- Evidence-first sourcing: Reads an operations context plus goal history, decisions, metric rollups, weekly reviews, anomalies, and bottlenecks to compute movement vs prior periods.
