What problem does it solve?
This Skill performs a first-pass review of a litigation privilege log so obvious privilege calls are confirmed and the harder, ambiguous items are clearly flagged for attorney review.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Entry-by-entry privilege triage: Classifies each log entry as confidently privileged, confidently not privileged (as a recommendation), or privileged but uncertain with a specific attorney question.
- Missing-field and record-fidelity checks: Flags structural problems (e.g., missing date/author/recipients, insufficient descriptions) and enforces citation/authority coverage discipline where applicable.
- Waiver and jurisdiction gating: Applies forum-specific privilege and waiver concepts, routes non-confirmable jurisdiction or close calls to attorney confirmation, and refuses to proceed if the matter has not been intaken in the matter log gate.
- Pattern spotting: Surfaces repeating issues (e.g., repeated third parties, over-designation, vague descriptions) so counsel can correct log strategy efficiently.
